How do I dial an outside number.
To dial an outside number, enter the number as "normal". No 9 or 99 prefix is required.

Unlike traditional PBX systems, this one does require you to take some action before it actually dials the number. 

 1) Leave the handset on the cradle, enter the number,
       pickup the handset, it will dial.
 2) Pickup the handset, enter the number, either press
       the "Dial" button near the left side of the LCD,
       or wait six seconds for it to automatically dial.
