How do I change my voicemail greeting (inside and outside)
1) Unavailable, for when you're not available. 2) Busy, for when you're on the phone. 3) Name, general name announcement.Minimally, only 3) Name is required. You can set the others if you wish.
From inside the office at your phone:
1) Dial *97 2) Enter your password 3) Mailbox options, press 0
From outside the office:
1) Follow the instructions for accessing your voicemail from the outside. 2) Mailbox options, press 0
