Can I use Horde and Outlook together?
Horde and another email client can be run at the same time, sort of.

Due to the web nature of Horde, all files and folders must reside in a single place, i.e. on the server, therefore, Horde is setup to access email via IMAP.

If the other email client is setup the same, it works. Outlook sometimes complains about having to share the IMAP folders, but it gets over it.

If the other email client uses POP3, normally POP3 will suck all the email off the server, leaving an empty inbox for Horde. Setting "leave mail on the server" could solve this problem, but then all the other folders (sent, drafts, myFolder, etc) will be local to the client, inaccessible to Horde.
